Are you an experienced School Administrator or Receptionist looking for your next opportunity?
We are currently recruiting for a school in North Liverpool and are looking for a confident, organised and experienced administrator to join their team.
Previous school experience is highly preferred, and you must have strong general administration experience.
The role will involve a mixture of front-of-house reception and school administration, including dealing with pupils, parents, staff and visitors on a daily basis.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a busy administrative environment
- Confident dealing with parents, pupils and professionals
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Professional and approachable
- Confident using IT and Microsoft Office
- Experienced with school administration systems - desirable
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider school team
School experience is preferred, particularly experience working within a primary, secondary, SEN or alternative provision setting.
This would suit someone who has previously worked as a School Administrator, Receptionist, Office Administrator, Attendance Administrator, School Business Support or similar.
