Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a committed and experienced KS2 Teacher to join a specialist school in Eccles , supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about making a positive difference to pupils who may require additional support with their emotional wellbeing, behaviour and engagement in learning. The successful candidate will join a supportive school environment and play an important role in helping pupils develop both academically and personally.
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within KS2
Have experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs
Be confident managing behaviour using positive and consistent strategies
Be able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
Have a calm, patient and nurturing approach
Be committed to providing an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Have strong classroom management and communication skills
Be able to adapt teaching to meet individual needs
