Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a HLTA for a great school in Dunstable, Bedfordshire! Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Perhaps you're a TA looking to step up or a recent Graduate with experience in tuition or working with young people?
About the role:
- Work within a Co-ed, supportive Academy chain in Dunstable, Bedfordshire supporting students to achieve their best.
- Provide 1:1 support and lead small group interventions.
- Step up to cover lessons and lead by example - all planning and work will be provided.
- Be a strong role model with excellent classroom management skills.
- Full-time, term-time only (school hours).
- Pay from £95+ per day, paid weekly via PAYE.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident HLTA looking for a career move and can demonstrate a proactive and passionate approach to helping young people thrive. Our client schools are keen to have supply staff who can commit through to July 2026, with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
We're looking for:
Experience as a TA of HLTA or youth work / tuition for Graduates looking to break into education
Confidence supporting pupils of all secondary ages and managing behaviour.
A caring, reliable, and adaptable professional.
Someone ready to make a real difference to young people's lives.
