Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential? We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in schools across Hounslow and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to provide classroom support, encourage pupil engagement, and help students develop their academic, social, and emotional skills. You will support pupils with a range of learning needs, ensuring they have the confidence and tools to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, supportive, and encouraging approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
- The right to work in the UK
We offer:
- £95-£120 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
