Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a qualified KS2 Teacher for a three-form entry primary school in Hayes, West London, starting in January 2027.

The Role
Plan and deliver lessons across the KS2 curriculum, adapting teaching to meet pupils' learning needs.
Assess pupils' progress and use this information to inform future planning.
Establish clear classroom routines and maintain positive behaviour expectations.
Create an inclusive learning environment where pupils are supported to make progress.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the phase to support teaching and learning.
Maintain accurate records and follow the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies.

Contract: Long-term temporary assignment, with the expected end date to be confirmed.
Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Hours: 8:15am-4:00pm.

Salary: £39,196-£52,241 per annum, equivalent to the 2026/27 Outer London Main Pay Range (M1-M6), subject to confirmation of the school's pay arrangements and the applicable pay point. Actual earnings for a temporary assignment will reflect the period and days worked.
