Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Food Technology Teacher to support various secondary schools and academies across Chesterfield.
The Role:
- Deliver high-quality Food Technology lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Foster a safe and engaging workshop environment focusing on practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
- Plan and deliver creative lessons that inspire students to excel in technical subjects.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent secondary teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Design Technology or Food Technology in a UK secondary setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student safety in workshop environments.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
