This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher with strong SEN and SEMH experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role within the school's SEND provision. The Role This is a dual-role position , with approximately 70% of the role focused on teaching and 30% supporting the SENDCO , who also holds the position of Assistant Principal. You will work closely with the SENDCO and wider leadership team to ensure pupils receive the appropriate support and provision to meet their individual needs. The teaching element of the role will involve working with pupils within a specialist SEMH setting, while the SEND responsibilities will include supporting with the coordination and development of SEND provision across the school.
