Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for enthusiastic graduates to work as Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants in schools across Colchester .

The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you may:
Support pupils in the classroom, either individually or in small groups
Help pupils stay engaged with their learning and make progress
Provide encouragement and positive support to children who may need additional help
Work alongside teachers and other support staff
Gain experience of different teaching and learning approaches
Support pupils with additional learning, behavioural or pastoral needs where appropriate
