What will you be doing?
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be the friendly face at the front of the classroom, helping keep students engaged and learning when their usual teacher is unavailable.
Your day could include: Supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared work Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Ensuring students complete the work set by their teacher Supporting and encouraging students with their learning Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns Working across a variety of secondary schools and year groups
