Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and supportive school environment?
A lovely school in Bromley is seeking a dedicated and experienced LSA to join their team on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an educational setting, strong knowledge of learning support, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils thrive.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar educational support role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of learning support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
- A relevant degree is preferred, but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support
- Supporting pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing
- Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
- Helping create an inclusive, positive and engaging learning environment
- Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to their development
