The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated History Teacher to take on a full-time role in Bristol from November. You'll deliver engaging lessons across the History curriculum, helping pupils explore significant historical periods, evaluate evidence and develop well-supported arguments.
Your Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4

Teach GCSE History and support examination preparation

Develop pupils' historical knowledge, source analysis and essay-writing skills

Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback

Maintain positive behaviour management and effective classroom routines

Adapt lessons to meet pupils' varying abilities and learning needs

Contribute positively to the wider department and school community
