This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school-based IT professional looking to take the next step in their career and develop their leadership responsibilities while making a real difference to the technology provision across a group of primary schools. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of IT services across multiple primary school sites. The role combines hands-on technical support with leadership and infrastructure responsibilities, including supporting IT Technicians, maintaining systems and networks, troubleshooting issues and contributing to IT projects and developments across the Trust. You will also play an important role in supporting and maintaining the Trust's Bromcom Management Information System (MIS) , including system administration, updates, troubleshooting and user support. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of effective IT services across six primary schools. Provide hands-on technical support to staff and pupils. Maintain and support Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments. Support network infrastructure, including switches, Wi-Fi and connectivity. Provide administration and support for the Bromcom MIS . Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and connectivity issues. Assist with IT projects, system upgrades and technology rollouts.
