Year 6 Teacher - Long-Term Cover | Blackpool
Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Year 6 Teacher to join a school in Blackpool from ASAP, covering a planned absence.
This is a long-term, full-time position and would be ideal for an experienced teacher who is confident teaching Year 6 and preparing pupils for their SATs.
The school is a welcoming and supportive environment, with a small Year 6 class of well-behaved and engaged pupils. The successful candidate will join a friendly team and will be supported throughout the placement.
The successful candidate must:
- Have proven Year 6 teaching experience
- Have experience preparing and delivering SATs
- Be confident with the Year 6 curriculum and assessment
- Be able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Be committed to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
- Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

- Duration: Long-term, covering absence leave
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Year group: Year 6
- Experience: Previous Year 6 and SATs experience is essential
