Responsibilities
Assignments will vary, but you will generally be expected to:
- Deliver effective lessons in line with the school's expectations.
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and routines.
- Follow lesson plans and curriculum requirements.
- Adapt activities where appropriate to meet pupil needs.
- Support pupils throughout the lesson.
- Liaise professionally with permanent school staff.
- Follow safeguarding, behaviour and school policies.
Applicants should have:
- QTS or an appropriate teaching qualification/experience
- Recent experience teaching within UK schools
- Strong classroom management
- A good understanding of safeguarding
- Reliable attendance and professional conduct
- The ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and school environments
Subject specialists are encouraged to apply, as are Primary Teachers and educators with SEN experience.
