The Opportunity

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Follow lesson plans and schemes of work provided by the school
- Support pupils in developing practical techniques and creative ideas
- Maintain effective behaviour management and classroom routines
- Encourage participation, experimentation and independent thinking
- Adapt to different classroom environments and pupil needs
- Provide feedback on pupils' work where required
