Group Details: We seek a Central Banks Sales Executive for our European Sales Team based in London. The role involves developing a sales pipeline, building relationships within existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a good understanding of Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives, and experience in electronic trading environments. Collaboration with internal teams across regions is essential, along with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Grow Tradeweb’s franchise by achieving regional goals and providing excellent client service.
• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver high-quality service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Manage relationships with clients and internal teams, providing education and demonstrations as needed.
• Stay updated on market developments and maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably with official institutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Fixed Income, ETFs, and derivatives.
• Understanding of electronic trading, client workflows, and related technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
• European language skills are a plus.

Core working hours are 8am-5.30pm, with support outside these hours as needed.
