An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with 3 - 5 years experience to join the London-based EM Product Management team. A key position within one of Tradeweb’s strategic products with tremendous growth opportunity. The right individual will have sound product and market experience and be able to add value to the existing EM bond business, capitalising on all opportunities for growth and maximising market share. The successful candidate will be capable of building excellent relationships with key members of relevant trading and sales desks, along with a good understanding of client needs to help drive Tradeweb’s EM bond strategy. This position requires commercial insight, a good understanding of e-trading solutions and market / product expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the CEEMEA product offering for local currency bonds
- Engage with Dealers to develop new functionality and build out support for new features/enhancements
- Responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day management and dealer engagement of CEEMEA bonds on Tradeweb
- Co‑ordinate with TechOps and various support teams to troubleshoot product issues and communicate effectively to all stakeholders
- Grow the liquidity pool for all CEEMEA products (Local currency bonds & Credit)
- Support the Global EM products teams in Asia & NY for day‑to‑day product management
- Become a subject matter expert in the Tradeweb system for EM Bonds
- Partner with the wider EM product teams to prioritise technology developments
- Produce MIS reports for Dealers, Clients and Senior Management as requested
- Maintain regular Dealer review sessions with liquidity providers on the platform & foster strong relationships with e‑commerce, trading and sales roles
- Collaborate with the global emerging markets product and sales team, Tradeweb general sales teams and client services teams to develop and execute the Emerging Markets sales strategy
- Stay current with industry trends, economic issues, intelligence around competitors and continually develop technical and business knowledge in the electronic space.
