As a technology intern, you won't just be along for the ride.
You'll work with our technologists and business experts to gain practical, hands‑on experience that you can actually use.
Our program combines traditional classroom‑settings with project‑based work where you can get involved with the products and services the firm is working on.
Along the way, you'll have guidance from people at all levels of the organization so you can start to build a long‑lasting professional network and build relationships with the intern class through interactive outings and projects.
As an intern on the Platform Support team, you'll collaborate closely with Technology, Data, and Risk teams to enhance existing frameworks for real‑time monitoring of daily trading flows from initiation to completion.
You'll also engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality, impactful solutions.
- Internship Requirements
- In your final or penultimate year of an undergraduate or Master's degree in any industry
- Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology
- Ability to analyze a problem, take a view and present a plan of action
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A team player
- Curiosity to further your knowledge and understanding of electronic trading & market structure
- Ability to work 9 weeks on‑site in Tradeweb offices from 28th June 2026 to 27th August 2026
- At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full‑time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program.
