Group Details

You will be part of Tradeweb's EU Credit team supporting and operating Tradeweb's cutting edge electronic trading and regulatory reporting platforms. Clients across 65 countries use these platforms to trade $780 billion daily. You and your team will be responsible for continued growth and operational excellence of the platform, working specifically with Market Makers. This is a mission critical role calling for many talents including: great communication, problem solving and a clear head under pressure. We will provide the training, team and environment in which you can thrive. You will be part of a dynamic high performing team responsible for growing the credit products on Tradeweb. You and your team will be responsible for everything from working with dealers through to monitoring and troubleshooting the platform itself.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sell side relationships
  • Troubleshoot and identify solutions to dealer and system issues.
  • Creation and automation of analytics reports
  • Ensure top level customer service and understand priorities and impact.
  • Assist dealers with queries about how the platform works including functionalities, UIs and platform APIs
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures, potentially with automation

Qualifications

  • A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge, with a growth mindset
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and with other teams
  • Experience of working in a high-pressure environment and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving, planning and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Hands‐on approach with ability to deliver to commitments
  • Experience of using Tableau

Desirable

  • Experience working with FIX and other APIs
  • Understanding of networking concepts
  • Exposure to scripting languages like Python/PowerShell/Perl
  • Understanding of Fixed income and derivative credit products
