Tradeweb’s EMS team supports and operates cutting‑edge electronic trading and regulatory reporting platforms used daily by clients in 65 countries. The platform handles $780 billion in daily trade volume and requires continued operational excellence with a focus on Market Makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure production and UAT systems operate correctly throughout the day.
- Troubleshoot and identify solutions to dealer and system issues.
- Assist dealers with queries about platform functionality, UIs and APIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, potentially with automation.
- Deliver top‑level customer service and understand priorities and impact.
- Collaborate as a team to learn and grow together.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent problem solving, planning and analytical skills.
- Experience managing client queries and problems.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Hands‑on approach with ability to deliver to commitments.

Hours of Work
The candidate will work a rotating shift pattern covering the European trading day from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Shifts ensure coverage for European and Asian market hours. System checkouts are required before market start for each location and end‑of‑day maintenance after market close. Market trading hours are subject to change; the team must be flexible to accommodate. Occasional weekend and evening work will be required.
