We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join works on the HS2 High Speed Rail project in Steeple Claydon, supporting key civils and utilities activities along the route. This Supervisor role is hands-on and site based, requiring someone who can lead a civils gang while also getting stuck in when needed to keep works moving safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating a civils gang installing water pipework and framework
- Delivering works in line with HS2 standards, RAMS, and programme requirements
- Carrying out daily briefings, permits, and site documentation
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality
- Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors
- Supporting the gang on the ground when required
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience supervising civils gangs on water pipe installation and framework
- EUSR Water Hygiene Levels 1 & 2
- SSSTS
- CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor)
- Strong understanding of major infrastructure site safety
- Willingness to work in a hands-on capacity
Desirable
- EKFB induction (preferred)
- Previous HS2 or large-scale infrastructure experience
