We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a large-scale commercial solar installation project in Kent. You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all on-site activities from mobilisation to handover
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing site labour efficiently
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and the project management team
- Maintaining accurate site records, progress reports and RAMS documentation
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record managing commercial solar PV installations
- Valid SMSTS certification
- Current First Aid at Work qualification
- Relevant CSCS card (Gold/Site Manager level)
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
