We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a large-scale commercial solar installation project in Kent. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all on-site activities from mobilisation to handover
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality standards
  • Coordinating subcontractors and managing site labour efficiently
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and the project management team
  • Maintaining accurate site records, progress reports and RAMS documentation

Essential Requirements

  • Proven track record managing commercial solar PV installations
  • Valid SMSTS certification
  • Current First Aid at Work qualification
  • Relevant CSCS card (Gold/Site Manager level)
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
