Location: Offices based in Coventry, site visits will be required as far North as Cumbria, therefore someone who is happy with travel is essential.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Agent / Project Manager to work on Scottish Power projects, managing compound security upgrade works across multiple substations and compounds. This role will suit someone with a strong M&E / comms background who is comfortable working in live substation environments and managing multiple site teams.
Role Overview
- Manage 2–4 site gangs delivering compound security upgrades
- Projects include CCTV refits, security systems, and associated M&E works within substations
- Sites located across the Midlands through to Cumbria; being based near Coventry is ideal as it provides a central base for travel
- Full responsibility for programme delivery, site coordination, H&S, and client liaison
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to Scottish Power standards
Essential Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within utilities or power infrastructure
- Scottish Power experience (highly desirable)
- Strong M&E background, particularly relating to CCTV, security systems, or substation works
- Comfortable managing multiple gangs and remote sites
- Excellent understanding of H&S in live environments
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Full UK driving licence
Rate
£350–£400 per day, depending on experience
