TradeTech Recruitment are recruiting a Plumber for London Underground station toilet refurbishment works across North London stations.
Location: North London Underground Stations
Start: Mid March
Duration: Approx. 2 months
Hours: Day shifts
Rate: £25 per hour (CIS)
Scope of Works:
- Second-fix plumbing works to mostly existing pipework within toilets
- Basic amendments to hot and cold feeds and wastes
- Installation of sinks, taps and toilets (largely flexi connections to existing services)
- Installation of new intake and extract ducting for toilet ventilation as part of the refurbishment
This is refurbishment-based plumbing, not new-build and not heavy HVAC.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card – minimum Blue (NVQ)
- Refurbishment experience – essential
- LU ICI (London Underground induction) – required
- Experience working in live, public-facing environments
- Previous LU / rail experience preferred
