Tradestech Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced CPCS Lift Supervisor with a BBV Induction for ongoing works on a major HS2 infrastructure project based in Southam. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours on a high-profile site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate lifting operations on site
  • Ensure all lifts are carried out safely and in accordance with regulations
  • Liaise with crane operators, slingers, and site management
  • Conduct pre-lift briefings and ensure compliance with lifting plans

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS Lift Supervisor ticket
  • BBV (Balfour Beatty Vinci) Induction – ESSENTIAL
  • Proven experience working as a Lift Supervisor
  • Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team on a busy construction site
