Job Description

TradeTech Recruitment are recruiting Skilled Operatives for station toilet refurbishment projects.\\n  \\n Location: Lancaster (with further stations at Oxenholme & Wigan)\\n Start: 2nd February\\n Duration: Approx. 3 months\\n Hours: Day shifts\\n Rate: £21.00 per hour (CIS)\\n\\n Role Overview\\n \\nSupporting trades including plumbers, electricians and carpenters \\nAssisting with finishing works, fixing, boxing, panels and making good \\nSupporting snagging and handover works \\nWorking cleanly in live, public-facing environments Requirements\\n \\nValid CSCS Card \\nRefurbishment experience – essential \\nBackground in finishing on refurbishment projects \\nRail / station or live site experience preferred Please apply if you are interested / Contact Dan on (phone number removed)
