Tradestech Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Supervisor to join a major HS2 project working on BBV Sublot 2B / Delta. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy civils project, with an initial 1-month contract and the potential for an extension based on project workload and performance.

Role Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Supervisor with a strong background in civil engineering, utility works, and fencing operations, capable of leading site teams while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and quality.

Essential Requirements:

  • HSG47 EUSR Certification
  • SSSTS or SMSTS Certification
  • Gold CSCS Card (minimum)
  • BBV Induction (can be arranged)
  • Responsible Person status on BBV Site Assist (can be arranged)

Experience Required:

Previous experience supervising commercial, residential, or infrastructure fencing works would be advantageous.

Knowledge of various fencing types including:

  • Timber fencing
  • Metal fencing
  • Mesh fencing
  • Security fencing
  • Agricultural fencing
  • Temporary fencing

Strong understanding of:

  • Health & Safety regulations
  • Risk assessments
  • Safe systems of work
  • Quality standards and client specifications

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and maintaining safe working practices.
