This role will start in Lancaster, with the opportunity to move onto Oxenholme and Wigan stations if viable for both parties.
Role Overview
- Supervising toilet refurbishment works on live station sites
- Managing multiple trades including electricians, plumbers, skilled operatives and general operatives
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities, sequencing and progress
- Ensuring quality, safety and programme are maintained
- Working within live, public-facing station environments
Requirements
- CSCS Card β minimum Blue (NVQ Carpentry)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- First Aid - preferred
- Refurbishment experience β essential
- Experience managing multiple trades on site
- Rail / station experience preferred
- Experience working on live, public-facing projects preferred
