The predicted salary is between 22 - 33 Β£ per hour.

Location: Lancaster (with further stations at Oxenholme & Wigan)

Start: 2nd February

Duration: Approx. 3 months

Hours: Day shifts

Rate: Β£27.50 per hour (CIS)

This role will start in Lancaster, with the opportunity to move onto Oxenholme and Wigan stations if viable for both parties.

Role Overview

  • Supervising toilet refurbishment works on live station sites
  • Managing multiple trades including electricians, plumbers, skilled operatives and general operatives
  • Coordinating day-to-day site activities, sequencing and progress
  • Ensuring quality, safety and programme are maintained
  • Working within live, public-facing station environments

Requirements

  • CSCS Card – minimum Blue (NVQ Carpentry)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • First Aid - preferred
  • Refurbishment experience – essential
  • Experience managing multiple trades on site
  • Rail / station experience preferred
  • Experience working on live, public-facing projects preferred
