TradeScale helps trades and construction businesses scale. We're hiring a Technical Product Manager to help build our next generation of SaaS products, both our own products and products we deliver for our external clients. This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role for a technically-minded PM who thrives at the start of the build, shaping products from concept, defining the roadmap, and getting the first versions shipped. You'll sit between engineering, design and clients, set the pace of delivery, and make pragmatic scope calls to get to launch fast.

What you'll do:

  • Own and shape the product roadmap across TradeScale's own products and our external client projects
  • Manage delivery across both internal and external (outsourced/agency) development teams
  • Turn business goals and client needs into clear, well-scoped tickets
  • Work day-to-day with developers on grooming, sprint planning, unblocking and acceptance
  • Get into the technical detail: APIs, data flows, integrations and AI/automation features
  • Keep stakeholders and clients updated with clear, concise progress

What we're looking for:

  • 2 to 5 years in product management, able to run a roadmap independently
  • Experience taking products from concept to launch (0-to-1)
  • Genuinely technical: comfortable talking APIs, data models and system design with engineers
  • Experience coordinating both in-house and external/outsourced dev teams
  • Exposure to AI-driven or automation products a strong plus
  • Construction tech / proptech experience preferred but not required
  • Self-directed, fast to onboard, happy juggling multiple products and clients
