A growing domestic construction business is seeking an experienced Working Site Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality home renovation and extension projects. This is a hands-on role suited to a wet-trade or carpentry-based multi-trade professional who is ready to take responsibility for site leadership while remaining active on the tools.

You will play a key role on site, working alongside a motivated and supportive team to deliver projects to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting site operatives and subcontractors
  • Carrying out multi-trade works across domestic projects
  • Groundworks and drainage
  • Landscaping works
  • Construction of residential extensions
  • 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
  • Structural alterations involving steelwork
  • Insulating, boarding, and plastering
  • Supporting Project Managers and senior management as required
  • Collecting and transporting materials to site as needed

This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on site.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • City & Guilds Level 3, SSSTS, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong background in wet trades or carpentry-based multi-trade work
  • Proven experience in domestic and residential construction
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Own vehicle (van) and full set of tools

Preferred:

  • 10+ years’ experience within construction
