Catch 22 are recruiting for an experienced HSQE Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing Facilities Management business based in Wokingham. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance across a large multi-site portfolio, ensuring high standards are maintained while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver H&S, environmental and quality training
- Maintain CHAS, ISO 14001 and support ISO 9001 accreditations
- Conduct accident investigations and implement preventative measures
- Review risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Develop policies, procedures and compliance documentation
- Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
- Attend customer sites and company meetings across the region
About You:
- Previous experience within the cleaning or FM sector
- IOSH qualification (or equivalent H&S qualification)
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, COSHH and compliance processes
- Experience managing ISO systems, CHAS and quality accreditations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
