An experienced Sales Progressor is required for a busy estate agency team in the Woking area, responsible for managing a high volume of residential transactions from agreed sale through to completion while ensuring smooth communication between all parties.

Location: Woking, GU22 7AE

Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This role involves overseeing the full sales progression process, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, agents, and clients to keep transactions on track. You will be expected to manage deadlines, resolve issues proactively, and ensure all sales progress efficiently through to exchange and completion.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Progressor:

  • Manage and progress residential property sales from agreed offer through to completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, agents, and local authorities throughout the process
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors and purchasers via phone and email
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to all parties involved in the transaction
  • Maintain and update sales files and ensure all records are kept accurate and current
  • Drive transactions forward proactively, ensuring exchange and completion deadlines are met

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential sales progression
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload (75–85 transactions at any one time)
  • Strong understanding of the UK conveyancing process from instruction to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Confident relationship builder with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Previous estate agency experience within a similar sales progression role essential
