An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading independent Estate and Lettings Agency based in Winchester. This is a busy and varied role within a successful and highly regarded residential lettings business.

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Position: Permanent – Full Time

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, coordinating maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
