I'm looking for a Wholesale Account Manager (HORECA) on behalf of a leading Coffee company in London; this is a strong growth opportunity with exposure to key accounts and incredible internal support from day 1!
The company has a strong ESG offering and is listed with major grocers & retailers nationwide alongside a significant online presence. They are proud to maintain all operations in-house and ensure to look after their farmers & international suppliers worldwide.
Responsibilities- Work with a HORECA portfolio of independent cafés, restaurants, hotels, and premium venues to grow relationships and sales
- Develop and deliver growth-focused account plans with smart cross-sell and upsell strategies
- Win new accounts and grow existing ones to meet ambitious targets
- Collaborate across Marketing & Operations to drive new business through inbound and targeted outreach
- Introduce new products and initiatives that enhance the workplace coffee experience
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, & trade shows; build lasting connections across the hospitality world
- Food & Beverage experience - ideally within drinks/coffee
- Proven track record in account management, new business development, & building lasting client relationships
- Commercially sharp, with a focus on driving growth and hitting targets
- Detail-focused, organised, collaborative & pro-active; a go-getter who is eager to develop
- A genuine interest in coffee!
- £35k base + OTE of £20k + uncapped accelerated earnings for overachievement + Hybrid working (mix of field-based & in-office work autonomous to your schedule)
