As a specialist provider of resources to the Housing, Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to partner with a consultancy providing a wide range of services to clients in the housing sector. The main purpose of the role will be to direct responsibility for three directorates. You will oversee Operation Marketing Activities, Social Value objectives; and build relationships in & oversee the Contractor and Merchant Supply Chain.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Significant contribution to Business Strategy & Planning
  • Monitoring progress against targets
  • Enhancing both inside & outside marketing strategy and delivery
  • Line managing the marketing team
  • Organising the annual conference
  • Extending event provision and engagement
  • Managing all publicity materials and web content
  • Leading in the provision of webinars, round table events, and seminars
  • Managing strategic relationships with the contract and merchant supply chain
  • Ensuring support services to the supply chain
  • Maintaining market awareness and intelligence
  • Promoting and enhancing Social Value strategy
