We are seeking warm, professional, and service‑driven individuals to join our pool of Welcome Hosts, supporting one of our prestigious corporate clients on an ad‑hoc temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people‑focused, fast‑paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel valued and well‑supported from the moment they arrive.

As a Welcome Host, you will provide a blend of front‑of‑house and post room support. Each shift is varied, and you will be expected to adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and a friendly approach
  • Support with post room duties, including receiving goods
  • Manage internal and external post collection and distribution
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls and general enquiries
  • Uphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followed
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Taking deliveries (can weigh up to 20KG)
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a front‑of‑house, receptionist, or customer‑service role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and confident in both busy and quiet periods
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable switching between tasks
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service
