Our client is seeking an experienced residential Property Manager in the Watford area to oversee a lettings portfolio, manage landlord and tenant relationships, and ensure compliance while benefiting from flexible, part-time working arrangements.

Location: Watford, WD17

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Part-Time

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Manage and track statutory compliance including Gas Safety, EICRs, and EPCs
  • Coordinate maintenance issues from initial report through to completion and invoicing
  • Conduct routine property inspections and produce detailed reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and compliance records within the CRM system
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide updates and ensure a high level of customer service
