The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Vehicle Technician to join a growing automotive operation covering the Manchester to Liverpool corridor. This is a varied, field-based role where you will be working both roadside and across dealership sites, carrying out inspections, servicing, and repairs. No two days are the same – ideal for someone who enjoys independence and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend roadside callouts to diagnose and repair vehicles
  • Carry out mobile servicing, maintenance, and minor repairs
  • Support dealership-to-dealership vehicle preparation and inspections
  • Complete vehicle health checks, PDI inspections, and fault diagnostics
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality
  • Accurately complete job reports and communicate updates to the team
  • Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with clients on-site

About You

  • Qualified Vehicle Technician (IMI Level 2 or 3 preferred)
  • Strong experience in servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs
  • Comfortable working independently in a mobile environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude
