We’re recruiting for an iconic Michelin-starred Italian restaurant in London, celebrated for its seasonal menus, outstanding ingredients and warm, welcoming approach to hospitality. Shift Patterns:
- 9:30am to 5:30pm
- 4:00pm to close (11:00pm / midnight)
- Double shifts: 9:30am to close (11:00pm / midnight)
What you'll be doing…
- Delivering attentive, personalised service to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience
- Building genuine rapport with guests and creating lasting positive impressions
- Working closely with senior front-of-house team members and kitchen staff to maintain exceptional standards
- Developing a strong understanding of the menu, seasonal produce and beverage offerings
- Contributing to a positive, supportive and professional team culture
