The purpose of your role is to deliver first rate customer service to all potential and existing customers and to ensure that all elements of the service are delivered to a high quality and on time. To work within the Flight department ensuring a robust process is in place for all tasks and ensure these are completed within the SLA and KPI. To communicate with all suppliers, and both internal and external customers in an effective and efficient manner to ensure the products and services requested by our customers are delivered at the highest standard. To work as part of a team to deliver the service and to undertake any task required to fulfil Company, team and individual performance objectives.

Accountability

1. Making flight bookings, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring bookings are processed accurately.
2. Ensure customer and group cancellations are fully communicated to relevant suppliers.
3. Ensuring that relevant systems are up to date with accurate flight details and information.
4. Pricing and planning future tours.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all flights, both adhoc and groups are booked and loaded in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ad-hoc flight requests are completed to meet our SLA.
• Processing all customer information, compliant with GDPR.
• Wider support for the transport team.
• Monitoring ticket deadlines and customer e-tickets.
• Forward planning, pricing and ordering of future groups.

Characteristics

• Good time management skills, with the proven ability to prioritise and be incredibly organised.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• GDS experience preferred but not essential.
• Able to analyse data, problem solve and make decisions confidently.
• Strong interest in travel with good geographical knowledge.
• Possess a methodical and organised approach to work, both individually and as part of a team.
• Capable of following written and verbal instructions and possess a clear and concise approach in verbal and written communication.
