Key Responsibilities
- Provide TCM therapy services such as Tuina (healthcare massage), cupping, gua sha, and other treatments offered by the clinic
- Assist TCM physicians during consultations and treatments when needed
- Deliver good patient care and ensure a comfortable, professional clinic experience
- Attend to patient enquiries and support customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms
- Carry out other duties assigned by the clinic supervisor or management
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Massage or TCM-related certifications are preferred
- Positive attitude with a strong service mindset
- Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues
