Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors SME to support a critical transformation programme in the UK. This contract role focuses on validating HR requirements against SuccessFactors capabilities and engaging with stakeholders to clarify future processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors and experience at the SME or Lead Consultant level. The role runs from June to October, offering approximately 20 days of work at £650-700 per day outside IR35.
