• Support pupils with speech, language and communication needs
• Deliver targeted interventions on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Work closely with teachers, parents and external professionals
• Support pupils with SEND, including Autism and communication difficulties
• Monitor progress and contribute towards individual support plans
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Applicants should hold a degree from a leading UK university. Previous experience working with children or young people is highly desirable. A genuine interest in Speech and Language Therapy or SEND is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, patient and compassionate approach is required.
