An exciting maternity cover opportunity has become available for an experienced Spa General Manager to lead the spa and wellness operation within one of London’s most prestigious 5-star hotels. Overseeing a luxury spa and private members’ club environment, you’ll manage a team of 20 alongside three direct‑report managers across operations, memberships, and treatments. This is a commercially focused leadership role requiring someone who can confidently balance strategy with day‑to‑day operations, while maintaining exceptional guest experiences, strong membership performance, and high service standards. You’ll also oversee several third‑party wellness partnerships, including personal trainers and specialist treatment providers.
