We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administrator with strong Excel and reporting skills, ideally a background in business analysis, and experience in sales reporting and KPIs. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage day-to-day business operations, and support the sales team through accurate order processing and quotation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, including sales bridge analysis and various KPIs.
- Process sales orders and prepare sales quotations using existing templates.
- Handle customer enquiries primarily via email, with follow-up calls if needed.
- Issue quotations and update records on the CRM system.
- Use Sage 200 for order processing.
- Collaborate with internal team members and train with the sales quotation lead to gain in-depth product knowledge.
- Provide frontline support for sales and customer service queries.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal procedures.
- Analyse data for business decision-making and performance tracking.
Requirements
