An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor or Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join our client’s growing and highly regarded Property team in the Milton Keynes area. This role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including property developers, HNW individuals, investors and commercial businesses, alongside the chance to work on high-quality, complex transactions.

The Role – High-Quality Commercial Property Work

You will play a key role within the team, managing your own caseload while supporting on larger, high-value transactions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a diverse commercial property caseload from instruction to completion
  • Supporting on complex, high-value transactions with senior colleagues
  • Advising a broad client base across sectors including development, hospitality, retail and agriculture
  • Delivering a commercial, practical and client-focused service
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Core Areas of Work

You will have experience across:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord & Tenant matters, including:
    • Negotiation of new leases and renewals
    • Drafting ancillary documentation
    • Advising on Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 matters
  • Infrastructure and development agreements
  • Property-related construction documentation

About You – Skills & Experience Required

To be considered, you will demonstrate:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE
  • Strong UK commercial property experience within private practice
  • Proven ability to manage an independent caseload
  • Excellent technical knowledge across core commercial property disciplines
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team on larger transactions
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
