Overview
We're supporting a major NHS digital transformation programme and are looking for three experienced Full Stack .NET Developers. You will be working on the development and enhancement of critical healthcare applications, helping deliver scalable, secure, cloud‑native solutions that directly support NHS services and patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for developers who enjoy working across the full stack, with a strong Microsoft technology background and modern front‑end expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using .NET technologies
- Build and enhance responsive front‑end applications using React and TypeScript
- Develop secure RESTful APIs and backend services
- Work within Azure‑native environments, leveraging cloud‑first architecture principles
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps and QA teams in Agile delivery squads
- Contribute to technical design, code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure solutions meet NHS security, governance and compliance standards
- Support CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
