We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join a busy manufacturing team specialising in steel windows and doors. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding products to a high standard, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture steel windows and doors as part of the fabrication team.
  • Follow training and production procedures to ensure products are manufactured to specification.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialist fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
  • Carry out MIG welding and associated fabrication tasks to a high standard.
  • Inspect welded and fabricated components to ensure they meet required quality standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ MIG welding experience is required.
  • Experience within fabrication and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes and welding techniques.
  • Additional welding experience or qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment confidently.
  • Good basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
