Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (Dependent on experience)

Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing signage company based in St Neots. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, hands-on Signage Installer to join a busy team working on varied projects across different sites. Every day is different, and you will be working closely with an experienced Supervisor as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of signage across a range of sites and environments
  • Working as part of a team on daily installations
  • Loading vans at company premises and travelling to job locations
  • Following health & safety procedures on-site
  • Supporting Supervisors with installs and site preparation
  • Representing the company professionally on client sites

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a valid CSCS card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in signage installation or construction industry
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Flexible approach to working hours and locations

Desirable

  • Previous on-site construction or installation experience
  • Experience working with tools and fixings
  • Understanding of on-site safety procedures

Company Benefits

  • 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
  • Overtime paid as:
  • Extra ¼ shift
  • Extra ½ shift
  • Weekend & Night Enhancements:
    • Saturdays: £50 extra
    • Sundays: £65 extra
    • Nights: £75 extra
