About the Role
- Support fee earners with a broad caseload of residential property transactions
- Deal with client enquiries, provide updates, and take instructions
- Progress and manage transactions under supervision
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and other legal documents as required
- Assist with the exchange of contracts, financial statements, SDLT submissions, and certificates of title for advance funds
About You
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar residential conveyancing position
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures
- Outstanding client care and communication abilities
